If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at primewashco4@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

As our products ship directly from our supplier, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
